My name is Dr. Cianna Richardson, and I created Cianna's Conscious Collective as a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters.

I offer monthly breathwork sessions at Odigo Wellness in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis. Virtual attendance is also an option for those who feel more comfortable at home. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and capable of creating your own healing from the inside out.

I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and am a certified Pilates and yoga teacher, as well as a trained breathwork facilitator with 14 years in healthcare. True wellness, to me, is the alignment of mind, body, and energy so you can think, move and live in a way that feels fully yours. I focus on helping you develop movement, habits, and routines that support that balance every day.
My Approach
Wellness is deeply personal. It’s about discovering what truly energizes you and designing routines with intention, self-awareness, and care. I provide a specialized, concierge-style approach that blends breathwork, Pilates, yoga, and physical therapy—tailored to your unique body, mind, and energy.
